At Superior Plus Propane, we put our customers first.  Although our family of brands is large, we are customer focused. Recently, our Quarles brand’s Fredericksburg, VA customer service center came to the aid of a customer needing our immediate service.

About the Fredericksburg, VA Office

Located southwest of Washington, D.C., the Fredericksburg customer service center services several counties and towns, including Stafford, King George, and Colonial Beach, to name just a few. Fredericksburg is a busy area dotted with many historical attractions relating to the Civil War, and is known for its many water-related recreational activities, like boating, fishing, and kayaking.

Customer Service Center Manager, James Keehner

The Fredericksburg customer service center, one of the largest offices operating under the Quarles brand, is led by manager James Keehner.  James runs the office similarly to an athletic coach handling his team—he makes every effort to lead by example and keep a positive attitude even in the worst of events. He engages with his employees, and frequently will have chat with them to discuss anything that may be of concern to them, whether work-related or not. This caring attitude allows James to help coach his employees if they are struggling or to celebrate victories with them when things are going well.

Saving the Day for a Customer in Need

Recently, a customer of the Fredericksburg office experienced an important service issue regarding his underground propane tank. The Fredericksburg team immediately went into action, getting the tank pumped out. The team then set a temporary tank for the customer. After the old tank was excavated and removed, a new, fully functional tank was installed in its place.

The customer was incredibly appreciative of the team’s prompt action in rectifying the situation. In fact, once everything was completed, the customer called James Keehner to express his gratitude, and relief at having the issue resolved quickly and successfully.
