Convenient Payment Options

Automatic Payment
Choose which day of the month you’d like to pay your bill and set up pre-authorized, recurring payments on a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or directly from your bank account. You save money on checks and stamps, and never have to worry about missing a payment.
Online Payment
Register for our exclusive "mySuperior" online portal to manage your account and make regular payments  It’s the perfect way to inspect and update your account information, pay your bill and schedule deliveries online - all within a secure environment.
Standard Billing
Enjoy a 30-day grace period from the time of the delivery to ensure you have the time to make your payment stress free.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can make their payments in one of three ways:
·        Mailing payment to their local customer service center (addresses can be found using the branch locator at the top of this page).
·         In the envelope provided by the driver.
·         Paying online using the mySuperior customer portal.
“Budget” Payment Plan
Budgeting for heating expenses can be tricky. You have the weather, fluctuations in energy prices, and a long list of similarly hard-to-predict factors to take into account. We can help take some of the guesswork out of your finances by spreading out your payments evenly throughout the year.

You make 11 equal monthly payments, with the 12th payment used for settling the remainder of your account. We estimate your usage as accurately as possible, so you have a zero balance on your account at the end of the heating season.

Pricing Plans

Fluctuating prices are a reality of the energy industry. Some people like to lock their price in early, while others prefer to ride the market. We offer multiple plans, so you can choose the option you’re most comfortable with.

Market Price
  • This price moves up and down with changes in the wholesale market for propane or heating oil.  As prices drop, so does your price. There are no up-front costs or fees associated with this program.
Fixed Price
Protection Plan
  • This is an agreed upon price for a specific amount of propane or heating oil that’s paid in advance, or spread over time with our No Surprises Payment Plan.  As prices rise, your price does not, guaranteeing a fixed per-gallon cost for your fuel.
Protection Plan
  • Prefer to pay for all your fuel in advance?  With our pre-buy option, you purchase your annual gallons upfront at a fixed price.

Federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
Provides assistance in managing costs associated with home energy bills, energy crises, weatherization, and minor energy-related home repairs.
