Moving

Call your local office and ask to speak with one of our friendly propane experts to establish a new account. Make sure to provide your customer service representative with all the appliances in the new home that run on propane. The customer service representative will run a credit check, and then set up an appointment for a technician to do a safety inspection on the tank(s).

Call your local office to close your account. We recommend taking a picture of the propane gauge on your tank (if your tank does not have a tank monitor) so that we know how much fuel you have left. Your local customer service representative will ask for information on the new buyer or tenant, and the timing of your move. You will need to provide the customer service representative with your new address for your final account statement.

Contact your local customer service center. One of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives will help you transfer your existing account to your new address.
